We are thrilled to share some wonderful news from our recent holiday celebrations and ongoing community efforts. Through the incredible generosity of our employees and company relationships, Dearing was able to donate a total of $15,000 to the Help Network of Northeast Ohio, a contribution made possible through our Company Christmas Party and Annual Dearing Golf Outing!
Supporting Lifesaving Work in Our Community
The Help Network of Northeast Ohio provides vital services every day for individuals and families in crisis. CEO Vince Brancaccio shared that 25 people in our community reach out daily, thinking about suicide, and the Help Network answers each call with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support. Acting as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provider for Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, and Ashtabula Counties, their team is available 24/7 to ensure no one faces a crisis alone.
Beyond crisis intervention, the Help Network also provides prevention and early support through its 211 Information & Referral line, which fields over 200 calls each day. These calls connect people to resources, emotional support, and essential information, helping many stabilize before a crisis develops.
How Dearing Made an Impact
Thanks to the participation and generosity of our employees, our donation directly supports these lifesaving services. The $15,000 contribution helps fund crisis intervention, suicide prevention, mental health support, emergency assistance, housing, food resources, and more for individuals and families across Northeast Ohio.
Whether employees contributed at the Christmas party, participated in the golf outing, or helped make these events a success, your compassion and commitment are making a tangible difference right here in Youngstown and the surrounding areas. We are proud to work alongside such a caring and community-minded team.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this donation possible and for standing with a cause that saves lives every single day.
