TANNERGAS®

Advanced De-Icing Formula Used in Tanner Compact De-Icers, Tanner Tanks and Tri-Fluid Injectors

TANNERGAS comes in liquid form, and is introduced into air lines by atomization. TANNERGAS bonds to moisture in the air line preventing freeze-up and therefore, preventing costly downtime. TANNERGAS is available in 54- 30- and 5-gallon containers and in a convenient one-quart container marketed as TANNERGAS/FREEZE-BAN.

TANNERGAS is effective in both above-ground and open-air applications. TANNERGAS includes a corrosion preventer, a rust inhibitor, a special lubricant that helps prevent O-rings and other rubber or synthetic parts from drying, and a unique bonding agent that adheres to moisture in the air line.

TANNER® TANKS

For 3-inch to 6-inch lines

The perfect solution for permanent or temporary lines, from three to six inches. The TANNER TANK provides highly efficient, economical protection. It's installed beyond the first air receiver. All you do is fill the tank with TANNERGAS and adjust the regulating valve for atmospheric conditions. This action puts an end to frozen air lines.

  • Uses Tannergas only
  • Very low maintenance
  • No electricity required
  • Equipped with regulating valve and fittings
  • Vessels are ASME WELDED AND APPROVED
    MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE: 200PSIG (14kg/cm2)
(Higher pressure ratings available upon request)

TANNER'S® TRI-FLUID INJECTOR

Designed for the increasing number of larger applications asking for NO-TOX2®, our NON-hazardous formula

Model TFI-3.4 — Treats 4,000 to 26,000 cfm

Model TFI.86 — Treats 1,000 to 8,000 cfm

  • Use with any of Tanner Systems' three de-icant formulas—Tannergas, NoTox2, or Frosto
  • Treats total air output
  • Easy to install (tap your airline, wire 115 volts to pump motor and it's ready to go)
  • Low maintenance
  • Large, 30-gallon reservoir
  • Refills in minutes with no interruption in service
  • Maximum working pressure: 150 PSIG (10.5 kg/cm2) (with simple modifications up to 500 PSIG)

NO-TOX2®

Advanced De-Icing Formula Used in Tanner

Compact De-Icers and Tri-Fluid Injectors.
NO-TOX2 comes in liquid form, and is introduced into air lines by atomization. NO-TOX2 bonds to moisture in the air line preventing freeze-up and therefore, preventing costly downtime. NO-TOX2 is available in 54-, 5- and 1 gallon containers.

NO-TOX2 is recommended for use in confined areas or underground atmospheres such as mines and tunnels. It meets advanced safety standards now required for an increasing number of unusual applications.

NO-TOX2 is effective in both below-ground and open-air applications. NO-TOX2 includes a corrosion preventer, a rust inhibitor, a special lubricant that helps prevent O-rings and other rubber or synthetic parts from drying, and a unique bonding agent that adheres to moisture in the air line.

FROSTO® VAPORIZER (F-777-3)

Uses FROSTO DE-ICANT only
Production of the Frosto Vaporizer ended in 2006, and is replaced by the Tri-Fluid Injector (see above). However, Tanner Systems will continue to provide parts, Frosto fluid and service for the unit.

The Frosto Electric Vaporizer

Efficient Protection for High-Volume Air Lines, 1,000 to 12,000 cfm. Why does the FROSTO SYSTEM work? In simplified terms, it is a vaporizer which feeds into the air line the correct amount of heated FROSTO "anti-freeze" to prevent freeze-up throughout the air system.

When FROSTO De-Icant is introducted into air lines by our Electric Vaporizer, 100% vaporization is achieved. FROSTO is available in 54-gallon containers.

Like all Tanner® De-Icants, FROSTO has special additives that prevent corrosion and inhibit rust, and a special lubricant that helps prevent O-rings and other rubber or synthetic parts from drying.
